Geesee Chat Plugins Installation Problem

Hi everyone
I have simple problem here…
Im using time manager theme.. which dont have side bar..
I like this theme and I dont want to change it for time being..

the problem is I able to install geesee at sidebar (using other theme)
but I cant install at page or post….

base on the step provide by geesee I shoud follow this step…

“To add Geesee chat into your page or post body, simply click on the “Add Geesee chat” button above the text editor, while you are craeting or editing page or post”

however I dont find “Add Geesee chat” above the text editor… i already active these plugins…

so anyone please help or show some screen shot
