Great but quirky
-
On the surface it does what I need. But if you feel something is wrong you can’t get help unless you pay $100. My “One day memberships” expire two days later. Which means I’m giving away premium memberships and collecting 60% less income on my daily memberships. Good luck getting help with that. Should I pay $100 to see if I can get it fixed? If I can’t, I’m out $100.
There is no upgrade a plan feature. Members can’t stack memberships. Example: a membership expires June 30, but on June 26 a member buys an extra month. He forwards me an email from that states his membership expires on July 29. (He’s been a calendar month member) but if a membership expires on the 30th, shouldn’t the next “one month” membership start the next day?
If I pay $100 I can ask why.
