  • Thanks for this great plugin.

    The programmers of the customizer seem to have a simple blog in mind when they think about WordPress.

    But times have changed, since a while already.

    Often WordPress is used as a CMS for company websites. Usually there are 2-4 menus with 20-50 entries each, multilingual, different menus for different site-areas, a crazy idea to edit this via a sidebar, btw. same for widgets.

    The customizer itself should be a plugin.

    We believe it should be a plugin, also, or at the least an option in the settings or user settings, just like it is for the admin toolbar.
