Good Plugin – But poor response time on support

    We’ve been requesting assistance or a fix to the plugin so that administrators will be notified of a new user registration. This is a configuration in the plugin, but it does not function. After repeated postings on the forum we have had no response, not even a “we know you are here but we have no fix.” The silence is deafening and disheartening.
