I kind-of can't believe it

So, I had one glitch. The first time I downloaded the file, and then uploaded it, everything seemed to go smoothly but nothing imported.

I looked at the export file and realized it was too small to be a complete export of my site. It may have been my own fault because I may have inadvertently interrupted the export process (it can take a while).

The second try on export, I made sure to keep my browser open and not mess with anything that could interrupt the download and then the export file was promisingly much larger.

Import – presto, change-o – it worked like magic. Down to every last detail.

I am very impressed. Plus, I did contact support and got a very prompt and professional response. This plugin in the real deal.
