Free? Amazing

Thank you for this plugin, amazing that it is provided as free-to-use.

I had searched a long time for something that was easy to use and effective… this one works extremly well and is easy to use, so it hit both my needs/wants perfectly.

One suggestion, add the country code database somewhere for easy 2 letter country code lookup within the plugin. ie – Canada = CA; United States = US;

Hands down this plugin gets 5 stars!
