I’m sorry our plugin didn’t work out for you. As mentioned in our previous discussion, due to the nature of our plugin (digital download) we do not offer refunds if you decide not to use the plugin.

We never advertised the features you were after and were not willing to work with us to resolve them via our support.

I have the Pro version and have gotten great support. Heck, I got great support when using the free version. The custom redirects module does a lot with very little effort.

I’ll take a look more carefully in the plugin options.
In my first experience I wasn’t finding a way to block the access for specific roles to load the admin, if the user manually enter /wp-admin in the URL, and a function to redirect to the previous page after login (referer).
