It does not work with medium websites

  • If you have a medium or big website, this wont work.
    Neither with the dropbox addon or the large file addon (quite expensives).
    Also, the support is quite bad. I have a question more than a week ago without response.
    Do not waste your money. You wont get your money back.

    I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with the plugin.
    I am also disappointed to see that you feel like your money are lost and we will not return your money.

    Our refund policy is on our website and it is:
    You can cancel and receive a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
    Send your order id or email to billing at servmask.com and we will do the rest.

    I don’t see an email from you at that address. Please send your purchase id or the last 4 digits to billing [at] servmask.com and we will process your refund.

    “Also, the support is quite bad. I have a question more than a week ago without response” – You opened 4 support tickets on the same day, we replied to all but you decided not to reply to our last message. On top of that, you rated the ticket “Good, I’m satisfied”.

    You wanted your money back without asking for a refund, though we have policy to issue a full refund. It is quite unethical to just jump here and say “Do not waste your money. You wont get your money back.”

    We have refunded your money for both of your orders on PayPal.
