    Here is some insight in to the features we’re currently working on :

    Desktop Applications

    Apps for both Mac & PC for those of you who would like to answer chats outside of the browser.

    Customizable Bubbles

    Our designers are hard at work creating hundreds of bubble options for the widget, and our dev team will be adding the functionality for you to be able to upload your own custom bubble images.

    Ticketing System

    We will be launching a ticketing system later next month, that will allow you to turn chats in to tickets, automatically store Offline messages as tickets, and send and receive tickets from a custom email.

    You will also be able to integrate with your existing ticketing system

    File Sharing

    Send and receive files with your visitors, and between agents. Store files on our server, and include them in your shortcuts.

    Sound & Notification Upgrade

    More granular notification options including :

    the ability to modify which sites or pages you receive notifications for
    different sound settings per site or page
    Visitor Filtering

    Filter visitors on a widget level, so that the widget only displays to certain visitors based on actions or geographics

    Analytics

    Deeper analytics, including :

    Site and Page level data
    Agent Performance Metrics
    Demographics
