Works satisfactorily

  • I have gone through at least 6 different support ticket plugins but ultimately stayed on with this. I am using the free version and it’s truly awesome! It meets all my requirements except for these 2:

    1. There is no ‘Log out’ button, and
    2. ‘Terms & conditions’ link doesn’t work.

    An update will be much appreciated. Thanks for the plugin.
