Opinions / thoughts before I got ahead and launch

I’m getting quite close to launching my website, but before I go ahead and do so I’d appreciate comments / thoughts from the wordpress community.

The website is my personal space for web-design / tech blog posts as well as my digital portfolio and showcase.

I’ve finished pretty much everything apart from the comments which I am working on at the moment.

Edit: the portfolio currently has a few issues which I also need to sort, I am aware that it’s showing all posts, I just need to figure out how to fix that.
