Liked the theme, so we bought the pro version, which supposedly supported custom colors. Made some changes through the customizer, but the mobile menu was absolutely crazy after I did.
So I submitted a support ticket only to be told “Our theme support is mainly about helping customers to setup and configure their purchased themes, but does not cover advanced customizations with CSS code – especially not fixing it.”
They’re willing to advertise the ability to customize the colors, but not willing to support their product when their interface doesn’t handle your custom colors gracefully.
As long as you don’t need adjust the mobile menu’s color, you should be fine.
