Doesn't work, breaks theme

  • Looks like a great plugin, but it has to work. Totally messes up my theme. Very little in the way of instructions. Actually tried the paid Pro version, same deal. Pro zip file would not open – was corrupted. WordPress could not install. Finally got it open and it didn’t work either. Breaks theme. No way to set it up (is supposed to be a section in WordPress under “Settings”, but it never showed up. Guessed at the settings while making a short code. Emailed almost 24 hours ago for help, no response.
