Parse Error – can’t sing into admin panel

Nothing but trouble signing in. At first I got the password reset problem where the key doesn’t work. Then I got on the help site. Track site I think it’s called. This is a known bug, it seems. I followed instructions changing something in the install.php file. That gave me the current error and won’t change even after I returned it to the previous coding.
I then downloaded emergency.php and filled out my info but I get the same error as stated above.
Please help me get into my site. I need to get this thing working.
