    Sorry to hear you feel that way.

    I’m not really sure what you mean by “the default shortcodes are not really useable.” They are fully functional, and also fully documented in the freely available documentation. Did you take any time to review that information?

    I should note that you do not have to subscribe to the site to access any of the plugin’s documentation. There are about 150 pages of freely accessible pages of information on the plugin’s support site.
