Comment Notifications on Windows Server

  • Not sure where to start, but I am not receiving comment notifications via email. I have all the respective checkboxes checked, and have provided a valid email (which is on the same server). The server is running in a windows server environment, could this be the problem?

    Any suggestions? Thanks
