Great tool to have when migrating to PowerPress

    Disclaimer: I am not the developer of this plugin but I am the lead developer of PowerPress. I endorse and use this plugin, I find it quite useful from time to time.

    This is an excellent plugin for importing content from a database table into WordPress and PowerPress.

    Here are a couple hacks that make this plugin so useful:

    • Moving from a CMS that does not have import/export tools available
    • Automating a production process
    • Importing from a csv/xls file (you can import into the database using tools such as phpMyAdmin)
    • View the source to quickly write your own import utility
