Plugin creates doubt with customers

It randomly doesn’t apply the discount on cart items. It randomly removes the discount at the checkout time. A severa; people have pointed out this issue in the support area, but no response has been made.

Our customers are questioning our business integrity when they come to us for volume discounts on large orders and the discounts disappear once they pay. This is a major issue.

I would like the developer to address.
