Used to work, but recent updates made unusable

I have added this plugin to all the websites that I have made and have been extremely happy. Unfortunately the big updates have ruined it. I have number of people calling me that the form submissions are not coming through, the captcha disappeared, and the entire user interface is a lot worse compared to the previous. I am sure there was a good plan behind the updates, but things clearly went wrong. Too bad, I have to move to another plugin for the contact form.
