    I have the PRO version and its worth every penny IMO. The extra features are worth the small plugin fee. The support I needed has been superb and they have sorted out the odd hiccup remotely and quickly and answered questions in the same professiional manner. I would highly recommend this product. My small business has 5 operators and within about 5 minutes of instruction they were up and running. The product is easy to configure/change and is improving with each regular update. 5 Stars in my book ??
