Lacking features

    I took a look at the free version, and it has a couple of interesting features, but you need to pay for the PRO version to get these features to work correctly. Online documentation is very poor and seems to be mostly sales docs.

    After paying $40 for the PRO version upgrade I was very disappointed to find out that the promised additional features are not included. To get tech support on the theme, you have to pay another $50. Not worth it. Save your money and go for something more robust.

    Sorry I don’t get it what you mean. Can you explain it properly.

    1. Why are you saying that our documentation is sales documentation. If you have suggestion to it then I am more than happy to amend it.
    2. Can you let me know which additional featured that I promised has not been provided. If I have promised it then I will surly provide it. Provide me the evidence of it and I will make it work anyhow.
    3. No that’s not true. You don’t need to pay $50 to get support. We have free registered support forum at https://catchthemes.com/support-forum/. You just need to get free account from https://catchthemes.com/my-account/. If you are talking about Premium Support Membership, that is optional for those who wants one to one fast support.

    I often download a free theme to try out and if I like it will get the pro version for the extra features and to support the developer. When you are charging $40-$50 for a pro version, there needs to be more than the option to upload a logo. As IO stated on your “support” page, the features listed on your site for the pro version are not in fact included – as confirmed by you.

There are like 17 additional features. Also you have see in theme page where you have highlighted some core features https://catchthemes.com/themes/create-pro/
