    Pretty easy to set up. I got a bit confused with Categories, Types, and Pricing, but was able to figure it out.

    Graphically, it’s nice and modern looking. Doesn’t look like dated Windows stuff (yuck).

    However, it got a low score on an at-home Usability test I did on my boyfriend. I asked him to try and schedule an appointment for himself, and he got really stuck with Step 1, entering his own availability. He was expecting to see a calendar of the provider’s availability first, and then narrow down his choices based on his availability after.

    I tried adding custom text to clarify what was going on and what the user should do, but he still got stuck. He’s not an uber-computer user, and some of my clients won’t be either.

    I want to see if going premium and adding Google Calendar integration fixes this, but I’m hard pressed to pay $38 to figure that out. I tried looking at the demos but didn’t gain insight.

    I REALLY want to like this plug-in; at the moment I’m a reluctant “ok, let me see if there’s anything better, and in the mean time I’ll use this and pray my clients don’t get to frustrated on page 1.”

    Hello. Thanks for your interest in Bookly and your feedback.

    We are trying to make Bookly flexible and easy-to-use for our customers.

    If you cinsider this feature confusing for your customers, you can hide the whole ‘I’m available on’ block, so it will disappear from the booking form.
    You can do this when adding the Booking form shortcode to the web page.
    In this case your customers can select the required service and go to the next page, where they can select convenient available slot to make reservation.

    Ok, great. Yes I would like to do this:

    Can you be more specific?
    Do I go under Calendar, Appearance, Settings… or do I need to go into the .php somewhere, or edit the CSS?

    Hi Geraldine,

    You need to open a page in the page edit mode. Then by pressing the Add Booking Form button above the text field, you can add the Booking form shortcode to the web page. By pressing this button you open a dialogue box, where you can define service category, services, and staff member that will be displayed on the booking form by default. In case you prefer to hide some of these fields from your clients, tick the Hide this field check box next to the required field. The field will disappear from the booking form.

    To hide the whole ‘I’m available on’ block, tick the Hide this field check box next to it.

    After that you need to click insert button and the booking form will appear on the web page.

    There is not an option to uncheck the “I’m Available on” block.

    Is there another way to remove this?

    Hi Ladela,

    We just bought your plugin and followed each instructions on the documentation. Unfortunately when we added the booking form on the sites pages, the form cannot proceed to other steps as it is stuck to step 1 when submitted. Can you please help? Thanks
