I edited line 163 and just replaced with this one. The “error” wasn’t in there…lol

Correct – did it clear up the issue?

Could you also check your logs (WooCommerce > System Status > Logs), and look at the geolocation log. Can you tell me why its not able to download the file for you? You should see some logs there with an error.
