Great Commercial Real Estate Listing Plugin

I found this plugin to use for the company I work for sort of by accident, but it has been one of the best accidents ever. We knew for a while that the commercial real estate options for getting your listings on your website were pretty slim, either you use one of the big commercial listing companies like LoopNet, CoStar, or Xceligent, or you get a custom developed/created internal listing option on your site. All of these are either very expensive, cumbersome and outdated, your listings do not have unique URLs with your own website address, and/or are non-responsive (which is a must in today’s modern web of smartphone and tablet browsing).

Enter BuzzTarget. At the time of this review, they were recently purchased by RealNex, which gave us confidence they would be around for the long haul. Plus, their plugin is responsive, gives each of our listings unique URLs on our website, has custom map pin icons for each commercial segment, and is very affordable.

Their support and development team was very cooperative and worked with us to get the plugin and listings to work how we envisioned…all before we even paid a dime to them for the BuzzTarget monthly service. Oh, and did I mention they have no contract with you? Try and get that past one of the big commercial listing feed companies…not happening.

So overall, if you are a commercial real estate company looking for a listing feed option for your WordPress site, make this the first one you check out. Great plugin, great support, great end result.
