    I love how their support tickets for website admin is built into the admin dashboard and as long as I’m logged into my acct on their site – I can open a ticket to ask a question, from there

    they have a GREAT clean UI, i would like more control over form css (from a menu, so it’s easy to edit, and edits won’t be overwritten)

    there’s a few things it should do – leaving room for improvement
    I – for one – am willing to support them in the effort to build a great solution – that’s why I went ahead and bought the pro version (working around some of the limits – only one ticket type, all custom fields are “required” when added to support ticket … )
