Jigoshop has stepped up to the plate and made things right. Kudos to support for making a bad experience much better. Response time was quick and issues were resolved. I will say that Jigoshop is under a new direction with new management. This has made a huge difference in response and quality.
I would like to suggest that a script or plugin be written to resolve the stock issues in all variables. Current default is “out of stock” and would suggest defaulting to “in stock”. I recently had to go into every product with variables, and change out of stock to in stock. This took a couple of hours. This is a side effect of recently upgrading to commerce.
Again, thanks to support for tackling my issues.
