Does not play

  • Used stock template and template 1, the player appears on the WP page but when the play button is clicked or pressed it doesn’t play the mp3 file. Will not play in Firefox, Safari, Chrome and iOS devices. Could not find support for this issue. Plugin will be uninstalled and not used until proven that it works.

    Hi stevengootgeld thank you for your review. When you say the following

    Could not find support for this issue.

    Did you crate a support thread?

    Did you try one of the WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen or so?

    Did you try to deactivate all your other plugins except this one and see if it works and if it does then you know that there is a conflict with another plugin.
