Resolve photo URLs after domain name change?

  • I am maintaining a WP blog for my team at work. There was a request to update the site’s domain name to something a little more readable. For some reason, after the domain name update was complete, the image link URLs were not updated. I can see they still use the old web address in their file URL, so all my image links are broken. Is there a simple fix for this, or do I have to re-upload all the images?

    (The page is on an internal network so unfortunately I can’t supply links.)

  • when i changed my domain from teckitech.co.cc to teckitech.com i had same problem so i went to phpmyadmin and searched in google first about find and replace query and then i took that query and executed in phpmyadmin so it was all fixed said it replaced my 29 images. Also i recommend that you use broken links plugin to check if any other images are still not displaying.
