Fantastic support

I’m giving this 4 stars because of the amazing support I received.
I’m not sure if it was just not compatible with WordPress 4 MU, or if I had really unrealistic expectations, but I could not get this premium plugin working. The programmers told me initially to start with the free version, and I should have listened. They went above and beyond the call and it looks like they are putting together something great, but it would not work on my site.
It is highly possible the problems were my own, something with my site or my version, because the issues were beyond bizarre.
These folks are working hard on the plugin and I suspect it will be great in the future, but it did not work for me.
That said, I’ve never seen programmers work as hard as they did to try and help me. Really fantastic folks. Sorry it didn’t work out.
