changing location of your website….

hello, I don’t know the technical terms of how to describe this, but here goes…
My WP is installed on: https://www.mywebsiteblabla.com/blog
I want to move it to: https://www.mywebsiteblabla.com (the main index page)
Can I easily do this? I’m sure I can, but I’m worried about losing everything, so I thought I’d ask you guys..
