Holy smokes! Nice plugin!

I was browsing recently added plugins related to WooCommerce and this one sparked my interest. Fraud is always a big problem on my downloads-based website. I was used to checking IP’s manually, looking at previous orders for a history, etc…… A real pain in the butt.

The plugin authors have one fault — and one fault only in this plugin. That is simply, that the description, screenshots, and info on what this plugin DOES isnt really on this site. I almost didn’t install it because I wasnt sure it really was worth messing with.

I’m glad I did! When a buyer places an order, on the order edit page in WooCommerce they have a new meta box that shows me all of the fraud detection rules from the order. Shows me where the IP is based from, behind proxy, free email, ISP, IP usage type, etc…… Now my job of having to do all of this manually is automated.

As my store uses less than 500 orders per month, it’s free for me. The next plan is for 5000 orders a month and it’s $99 on their website. I’d like a 2500 orders a month for $50, but hey, maybe they’ll listen.

Thanks very much for making my job easier and saving me some time. Update your plugin with better descriptions and screenshots and I bet you’ll get a ton more users!
