It's a great plugin!

Thanks so much. I’d been looking at poll plugins, but needed something more flexible for more than one question. Your plugin fits my needs exactly.

And, it’s so easy to use. The gui is very intuitive. I had a survey within minutes. I wanted to change the order of some of the questions and wondered what I’d have to do to get that done. The first thing I tried was just dragging a question to a different spot, and it worked. That drag and drop capability is great.
