Nag messages for $$ Pro version

  • Useful plug-in but it pushes paid add-ons in a nag message at the top of the Add-Ons panel. The “Dismiss for 12 weeks” button really only makes it go away for a week, then it’s back.

    Hi Denis,

    Thanks for the largely positive review.

    You only see a message mentioning UpdraftPlus Premium *when on an UpdraftPlus settings page* – there is no message elsewhere on your dashboard. So that’s absolutely minimal, in my view.

    If we can’t inform people about the paid product even on our own settings pages, then there’d be no funding for any free product at all – so there’d be nothing to use or review!
