Is there an update coming for WP 4.0?

Is there anything special you have to do to get this calendar to work?
I installed the plugin. Then network activated it. Then created a new page called Calendar. Then put the shorttag [fullcalendar] on the page. When I view the page it shows nothing but the title on the page. No outline of a calendar or anything.

Is there a plan to update the WP FullCalendar Plugin for Event Manager to work with WP 4.0? The listing says it is compatible up to 3.6.1.
