• Plugin is terrific; great way to outsource your spam problems to someone else. I’ve yet to have spam pop up in Disqus, just a couple of legit comments that needed approval.

However, support is non-existent, and this was especially noticeable with the latest update (2.77) which disabled Disqus after its “database update” routine was executed. I see lots of people in the forums wondering what happened, had to dig into a user self-support post to find the answer. Great that users support each other, not great that Disqus themselves are nowhere to be seen.

The plugin is also missing a changelog. This is very important, it tells people what has changed before they update! It can also be used to tell people what they need to be aware of *after* updating, something clearly missing from the v2.77 update.

I love this service, and the plugin. I just wish that Disqus did too.
