Looks nice but not very useful to a non coder

This plugin looked very good. However I seem to have no control as to where I can display it. I thought perhaps an icon or something might appear on the page, or perhaps even short code would be offered.
The only solution I could find was going into the plugin code itself and had coding a change.
Neither I nor especially (ESPECIALLY) my clients are overly proficient at hand coding stuff which is why they chose WordPress as an option.
I hope some day a feature will be added to make this a little more useable at which point I’ll be the first to come and change my rating and update my comments.
