You CAN very easily find your leads in WordPress! It’s just a matter of knowing how WordPress works. The plugin uses the WordPress users database, which means all the leads are saved in your database. Now, regarding the “uninstall” / “deactivation”, I really don’t understand what you mean. Could you please clarify? Do you know how to uninstall a plugin? The uninstall function is not part of the plugin itself (although there are some things done on uninstallation), it is a WordPress feature. Just go to your plugins list and click deactivate / uninstall.

Yes, I have deactivated and deleted many plugins over the past several years. However, when selecting “deactivate” for this plugin all I got was a white screen. I was only able to delete it after Bluehost support deactivated from their end.

The documentation for the plug-in talks about some “uninstallation” but it’s unclear where the selections referred to are located. After searching all available menus within the plugin I was unable to locate anything that looked like the documentation.

With regard to the user database I disagree that it’s easy. Yes, I was able to see the “Role” Betteroptin however when selecting “change” the database did not sort. I even downloaded and installed another plugin to export users and meta tags and was still unable to locate the two subscribers I allegedly had as a result of the plugin.

It’s a nice looking plugin and I was excited that it converted! Up to the point I was unable to locate the subscribers I was planning to test it and upgrade to integrate with MailChimp. Unfortunately, the experience left me dissatisfied and frustrated, especially when I was unable to shut the plugin off.

Thanks for the response and I especially appreciate the developer taking quick action to resolve the user locate feature. Perhaps, I’ll give it another try in the future.

The white screen after clicking deactivate doesn’t sound like an issue we’ve already had. The “not sorting” in user list also sound strange. It could be related to a problem with your site.

I don’t understand why you didn’t come ask for help here or on the support forums (https://betteropt.in/forums/forum/basic-support/) instead of leaving a bad 1 star review straight away. We would have helped you get things working smoothly.

sws0926 is correct. After installing the plugin, I can’t deactivate it. I don’t know why. I tried from different browsers also. It simply goes to a white screen and there not deactivated.

Bug identified! It is fixed on the master branch on GitHub and we will push an update on www.remarpro.com very soon.

It’s impossible to find my leads!
I’ve tried in all the ways suggested but nothing…I don’t know how to get them!
It seems you are obliged to buy a premium service…so disappointed…

First of all, why posting a bad review instead of raising a support request? I don’t understand what you expect by doing this.
