Awesome plugin and great support

I saw this plugin in an ecommerce website of my friend.Instantly fell in love with it. Tried many review plugins earlier, but never been satisfied. Installed KudoBuzz in my site and started collecting reviews. It is looking awesome!

Then someone pointed me out that it’s creepy to have “Do you like using souravghosh ?” I contacted their Support through Email and within minutes they customized the text as I wanted: “What do you think about Sourav?”
