Fantastic support, above and beyond

I had an issue with the thumbnail not displaying on the main gallery page so I contacted support and I got a response within half hour (was working around midnight mountain standard time) and I pointed out my url, support narrowed the issue pretty quickly. I had to divulge my admin access to the backend, at first hesitant, but I took a leap of faith, and support fixed the issue with couple of related coding in record time. I deal with many support for various issues, but never encountered this high level of support for their product. Highly recommend this product / developer.
