Great potential – bad support

This plug-in has great potential and I really prefer it over NextGen for simple to more complex galleries however as a developer I was running into some issues with getting the images to show up like I wanted. I had submitted several support tickets and never heard back from the developer. It has been almost 3 days. There are many aspects that make a plug-in worth buying, And I did purchase the licensed version from the developer, and tech-support is a huge part of that. If you cannot resolve the issue that you are having with the plug-in then it makes it worthless. Again, if it was not for the lack of tech-support that I have experience I would definitely give this a 4 to 5 star rating. The other aspect of tech support is being able to track your own trouble ticket. The developer has placed a simple form on his website and after filling it out you get a confirmation and that is it. You have no way to track your trouble ticket or a way to refer back to them. Another huge mistake I see many developers make.
