Coller Pro Support Lacking

I updated to Coller Pro, but the slider option that scrolls pictures by advancing the slides does not work properly. Between the first and last slide, the other slides move really fast, so you can hardly read them. The author of the theme said it was a known issue and that I needed the update. He said to send him my order number and he would send me the links to the updates. That was four days ago I sent him that information going on five, and I have heard nothing back from him. I have sent him several messages and there has been no response. Right now I have a website that has this glitch on the homepage where pictures scroll too fast between the first and last slide. It is really annoying and people are pointing that out. I am hoping this person rectifies this with me soon or gives me my money back! I liked the theme up until this glitch and lack of support.
