Coming back on top….

  • We’ve used NextGEN for years on a number of sites. For a while, our trust really started to fail, we even pulled it off of several due to compatibility and speed issues. Two days ago I had an issue with NextGEN and because of the above history, I simply assumed that it was their issue and not my site’s issue.

    In an effort to help their team, I shared my findings. To my surprise, I got a quick and VERY HELPFUL response. We worked together and solved the issue (which was due to a customization of my theme and not NextGEN’s issue at all).

    ….really impressed NextGEN on how far your tool has come and the support. Well done!
