• Folks – a bit of confusion when you are using the Store Exporter. There are 2 versions from 2 different developers (which I didn’t realize). This version from Visser is perfect and well priced. Thanking them for helping me figure out what went wrong – as it was my error for not noticing my issue was from another company!

  • Hi Jan, I couldn’t find any recent Premium Support tickets from you so I’m not sure how we could stink beyond words… I have a feeling you are using another export Plugin as we do not offer a Pro upgrade for $79 (that’s alot for a humble exporter no matter how good it is!)

    Thank you for your quick, courteous reply and working so hard to correct this! With their expertise, I was able to find out that the initial plugin I purchased, which did not do what I need and cost a lot more, was the culprit, and NOT Visser!

    LOVING YOUR PLUG IN VISSER! Exactly what I need I a great price.
