this is by far the best plugin you can get for userpoints / gamification in wordpress. the plugin is well maintained and you can also add extra features for a few bucks a piece but most sites would never need any extras as the plugin covers all functionality including very good buddypress integration, open source code you can customize and excellent support by the author.
