Easy to use, tons of options, amazing support

I design websites for small businesses and I always install UpdraftPlus. It’s straightforward, has lots of options for remote storage (I use S3), and overall is just very well designed. It’s incredible that it’s a free plugin, but I really appreciate that. Also, there is a lot of information in FAQ and website, and David the plugin author is very responsive on the WordPress support forum. I have not had to use it for restoring a site yet, but I have confidence in the quality of the product.
