Excellent plugin. Excellent support.

It’s a mystery why anyone would rate this plugin below a four. I continue to be impressed by the sophisticated design of this plugin. It provides both an easy to use interface for non-techie people while at the same time allowing programmers the flexibility to get in and edit the code (within the GUI!). I’ve tried other slide plugins and none of them were designed to be as flexible and completely customizable as this one.

I paid for Pro and have been extremely impressed with the speediness and quality of the responses to cases I’ve opened. I’ve opened three cases and not one time have I needed to follow up the first response from DWUser with anything other than “thank you!” With at least one other paid plugin I tried, both of the support cases I lodged with them came back with “sorry, that’s not possible” responses, which is why I’m no longer their customer and am extremely happy with EasyRotator.

Also, I loved that I was able to fully utilize EasyRotator for free and get completely comfortable with it before upgrading to Pro for access to more swish templates and support.
