Really great but…no recurring capibility

  • Such a great product but how is it they can not integrate recurring charges…no subscription capability. And then to top it off, on their sit over 1,500 folks have begged for this feature. What are we missing here? Is there some technology that will not work in this format? The people need the feature or at least an explanation. This platform is good and even great, but it could be stellar with a little love.

    Thank you for the feedback.

    That’s a fair point – Ecwid still doesn’t have a built-in recurring billing (subscriptions) payment option and this is significant issue for a lot of merchants. It’s one of the top voted suggestion in our ideas base. We do understand this and will surely work on this in the future. But not in short term, unfortunately. Sorry for that.
