Support and Plugin Are Both Excellent!

This is probably the best plugin for stopping spam and bot registrations.

When I read the March 5, 2014, 1-star review from a disgruntled user who was blocked from his own site I feel it is unjustified.

Just moments ago I resolved the very same problem with my own website – with the help of the developer.

In my case it was a database crash that occurred when my host server migrated my website to a new server. I had multiple login failures because of that database crash (which my hostserver finally restored) and ended up blacklisting myself because of those multiple login failures.

It should also be noted that I never whitelisted my own IP as I was told I should do when I first installed the plugin. If I had, I wouldn’t have gotten my own IP blacklisted.

I sent an email to the developer and he replied in an hour with complete instructions on how to remove my IP from the blacklist database. Simple and easy to follow instructions that took me less than 5 minutes to perform.

I’m back in my site and everything is as it should be – including being sure to whitelist my own IP this time.

Don’t hesitate to install this plugin. It works perfectly. Just be sure to whitelist your own IP immediately after installing it. It can save you from being embarrassed by having to admit you didn’t follow directions.
