• this plugin basically ruined my 3 days. After update is stopped working and blocked access to standard wp-admin and custom url. Nothing short of simply manually deleting works.

    I am using newest WooCommerce version and this plugin is simply crap.

    Sorry to hear about the issues that you’ve been experiencing with the plugin. It’s never a good thing to loose time to something that was unintended to happen.

    We’ve been working on bugs since the first reports of them coming in and have released updates to correct the errors as we fix them. We appreciate you working with us and being patient as we try to squash the bugs in the plugin.

    As of today 7Apr14 we’re on version 4.0.16 which addresses most if not all of the major bugs that users have experienced. Try updating the plugin, test it and that should fix your issue. If by chance that doesn’t please feel free to fill out out iThemes Security bug form and add as much detail so that we can isolate and fix the issue that you’ve been experiencing.

    had the same thing happen. deleting plug in – I had to have someone with much more smarts than me access & fix my blog. lost days to this as well
