Smart Reporter 2.6 Crashed WordPress Dashboard

  • I did the latest update (2.6) today hoping Smart Reporter for Woo Commerce would fix some bugs in the Free version only to find it crashes WordPress Dashboard. Just would not load. Website still worked but Woo Commerce Checkout went down. Couldn’t restore using Updraft as I needed dashboard to work. End up getting Web Host to remove the plugin from the server. 4 hours later and everything is back to normal. Lost sales and High Blood Pressure. Not Happy.

    We have investigated and resolved the issue of wordpress dashboard getting crashed. Would request you to kindly update to the latest version of Smart Reporter [i.e. v2.6.1] and do write to us at ‘[email protected]’ in case of any further queries.
